We are passionate about kids and family at The Vine. Every aspect of our ministry is to be supportive to young families. Check out what’s going on for Children’s Church, our unstaffed Nursery, Care Club, and special events!
Vine
Kids
Children’s Church (for ages 4-10) begins after opening worship. It’s an energetic, creative, and fun place where Kids learn about Jesus through scripture, songs, arts, and stories.
Children are welcome to join Children’s Church every Sunday partway through service after the Children’s message.
It’s every Sunday except the 4th Sunday of the month. On the 4th Sunday of the month we worship together as a Church Family and share a meal after.

Nursery
Our nursery is unstaffed and is available for children younger than 4 who need a break during service. You can also watch the livestream in the nursery so you don’t miss a thing!

Care Club
Care Club is an after-school program for students primarily from Zinser elementary school (just across the street!).

Wednesdays from 3:30-5:30pm during the school year.

Each week the students get to have fun playing a game, have snack make a craft, and learn about Jesus. We also help to reinforce the character trait of the month that Zinser impresses upon them.
There is also a time for homework, but if not they read books—-as Pastor Jim says “Readers are Leaders”.

2022-2023 school year has already closed official sign-up, but we still have room for a couple more students.

Junior
Discipleship
Junior Discipleship (6th-8th grade) meets once a month at the Vine Building and at homes during the school year. Our goal is to equip Jr. High students and their parents to grow closer to each other and to Jesus as they become disciples who make disciples. Email matthire@onthevinechurch for more information.
Senior
Discipleship
Senior Discipleship (9th-12th grade) meets once a month at the Vine Building and at homes during the school year. Our goal is to equip High School students and their parents to grow closer to each other and to Jesus as they become disciples who make disciples. Email matthire@onthevinechurch for more information.
Youth Night
1st and 3rd Sunday we will be meeting up with several churches in the area to engage in fun games, engaging worship, and a small group bible study. 6th-12th grade students are invited, but will be separated into Jr. High and Sr. High for the small group bible study to facilitate age-appropriate discussion.
